Well thank fucking goodness... God forbid people on income assistance (not disability as long as it's warranted) get off their butts and go to the optical shop like the rest of us peasants. What about me? The single mother, working full-time to pay the mortgage, buy groceries, pay MSP, pay increasing utility bills, fundraise for a new school playground, automobile costs and pay increasing taxes with no support from the government whatsoever? I'm a law-abiding, tax-paying citizen who just makes enough to cover my family's expenses but make too much to qualify for ANY subsidy. Get another job you say? Cut back? Why don't I stop paying for welfare abusers, drug addicted losers, baby factory bitches and stupid programs that make life that much better and easier for people that can't be bothered to get a job? Better yet....How about I stop paying your salary and every other lying politician's salary? What do you say to that you lying, fascist c*nts?

I realise there will be objections to this post/rant and I am ready for it with the following:

Why don't you get rid of your car? Well... it's too expensive to live in the city and transit sucks in the suburbs so there really is no choice. PS... ICBC are also scum sucking maggots.
Why don't you move and get a less-expensive home? While this is an option and it will be happening soon, why would you feel as though I am the one that should be making sacrifices? Shouldn't the motherfuckers on welfare, etc make some sacrifices too? Maybe quit smoking or stop buying 55" televisions? Do their kids need to wear brand new Nike trainers? My kid sure as hell doesn't and I HAVE A JOB. (she doesn't smoke or buy 55" TVs either)
Not everybody on welfare..er, income assistance is an asshole. You are correct but it's fun to assume, no? I am speaking from experience here; the majority of "people" I have met over the years that are getting income assistance have been loser degenerates that are too lazy to get a job, having babies to get MORE money or scamming the system.
Why not get a second job? Fuck you. I work hard enough at the one I have and have a tween to raise. Also, sometimes, I need to sleep.
Can't you cut back? No. Why should I have to? I work hard for my money and if I want to go out and buy a bag of five cent candies every few weeks, why shouldn't I? It's not like I'm frequenting Starbucks and going out for lunch every day. In fact, I have the best lunch box EVER! It's a TARDIS and I bring my lunch to work almost every day, unless I sleep in. ....
Why not decrease your cable/internet/telephone plan? Long story but I'm already paying rock-bottom prices for cable and internet. I have no land line and my mobile plan is the lowest it can be for what I need. PS... No I cannot get you the same plan for cable/internet so don't fucking ask.
Doesn't your employer cover medical costs? You bet they do! I have a killer EXTENDED BENEFITS plan but MSP premiums are not included in the plan. I am lucky enough to receive, at no extra cost to me, stupid homeopathy crap, acupuncture (really?!?) and my personal favourite, quackopractic. I'm not complaining though, I do have a really great plan; dental (including orthodontics), prescriptions, vision care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, orthotics, etc... It really is awesome.
Do you really want subsidy? Who the fuck doesn't? It doesn't matter how you go about it, everybody wants something for free. Tax breaks, subsidised housing, daycare subsidy, senior's discounts and on and on and on...
Why are you fundraising for a new school playground? My kid's playground at school was deemed unsafe by the school board, probably because it's been around since I went to school there, and the district certainly won't shell out so it's left to the parents. So far, we've raised over $100 000 for this thing! And yes, they DO cost that much.
Why do you hate the poor? I do not hate the poor. What a stupid thing to say.
Can't you go to the food bank? No. There are people out there that REALLY need it and I am not one of those people.
Do you wear glasses or are you just ranting for the sake of ranting? Yes. I wear glasses. They even have prescription lenses and I go to the goddamn optical place to get them. Oh wait...sometimes I use Clearly Contacts. PS... that is a stupid question.
I thought Fascism died back in the 20th century. Nope... look around people. This is just the beginning. Our neighbours to the south have already embraced it and it's just a matter of time until we do.

Do you donate to charity? Hell yeah I do! SPCA, Humane Society, PETA, World Wildlife Fund and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada.
Why do you hate visible minority groups, seniors, mothers and bitches? That's absurd. I am a minority, I love my grandma, I love my mother and I am a bitch. It's all how you decide to live your life people. If you choose to be a bitchy, Chinese, drug addicted grandma who chooses to spend your welfare cheque on cigarettes and meth, go fuck yourself.
