Bad Window Cleaner, BAD!

I purchased a Groupon for window cleaning services from Sharper Window Cleaning Ltd; he arrived an hour and a half early for our scheduled appointment and was irritated because I wasn't there. He then proceeded to call my boyfriend clueless because he was unsure what was happening. I tried to explain what needed to be completed over the phone and when I mentioned that the Groupon stated interior/exterior window cleaning, he told me this was not the case. I explained that I was simply reading what the Groupon said and he seemed to be accusing me of lying.

I also offered to drive home from work and pay for any additional services and HST. He told me not to worry about it and to mail a cheque. When I asked if the address was on the website, he responded with, "I think so." I asked if he was sure about this and he said, "Yes it is if that is what you want to hear." As it turns out, the address is not on the website.

I did start to get a little upset as he was treating me very poorly. He told me I have a bad attitude, called me a bad customer and refused to complete the services I paid for because he did not like people like me. We ended the phone call on very bad terms and the services were not completed. Further to all of this, he left the gate open to my backyard and my dog escaped.

That is the nice way of complaining, right? The phone call actually ended with a whole lot of profanity on my end and a big old "FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER!" I don't think he knew what hit him. The bastard picked the wrong girl and wrong day to fuck around. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Yelp, Steele On Your Side, Groupon complaints and Consumer Protection BC. Of course it is all over my Facebook page and now my blog.

Am I bitch? You bet! Am I justified in being a bitch? Hell yeah I am! Anybody wanna come clean my upper windows? There are only fifteen of them... and I'll do the interiors.

  1. So, why did you now kill the bastard? Apart from being extremely rude and non-professional in accepting a job and not carrying it out, he let Sophie out which could have had dire consequences!!! You are right to be a bitch actually and I applaud you.

  2. That should have been 'not' and 'unprofessional' but I was being angry on your behalf.
